REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or returns are available for products that have already been shipped, except in cases of clear errors or defects caused by Spring on Paper.

If a product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately at: elisabetta.springonpaper@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Spring on Paper will review your request and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
